House Party Menus
We have teamed up with a highly commended local chef to provide you a truly special service – your own personal chef. You can choose from one of the following three sumptuous menus. Why not really indulge yourselves? After all, you are on holiday.
Menu A
Starter – Mussel Chowder
Main Course – Crispy Salmon with Tomato and Sweet Pepper Sauce
Desert – Lemon Jelly with Frosted Grapes.
Menu B
Starter – Pistou Salad
Main Course – Lemony Roast Chicken with Créme Fraiche and Crispy Bacon Sauce
Desert – Rhubarb Tart
Menu C
Starter - Angels on Horseback Chased by Devils on Horseback (Baked oysters and prunes wrapped in bacon, served on crispy bread with mango chutney)
Main Course – Pan Fried Skate Wings with Peppers, Potatoes and Bayonne Ham.
Desert – Roast Peaches with Blueberry Ripple Ice – cream.
As Monique tries to source only local ingredients, all main courses are served with home made bread and local butter.
Deserts are served with Devonshire clotted cream.
