Luxury self catering cottages at our North Devon farm at West Tosberry, Hartland, can sleep up to 23 people plus 3 cots. These three holiday cottages provide self contained accommodation and each has it own indoor swimming pool and together form a traditional courtyard.
Our large house, Hatswell Meadows, Tiverton, Devon sleeps 12 + 2 additional children. Hatswell Meadows is detached and set in its own 20 acre estate, making it ideal for family celebrations and large parties.
The largest cottage at West Tosberry Farm, Horseshoe Cottage, sleeps 10, and has the advantage of a large separate dining area that can house a very large dining table should your party wish to dine ensemble. This is a unique dining experience as the floor to ceiling window overlooks the swimming pool. We will, if you require, prepare the seating in advance and supply extra crockery and cutlery in order that you have one dining table for your party.
The lounges in Horseshoe and Cobblestone are also large and accommodating. The Courtyard setting, large gardens and additional attraction of swimming pools on site make West Tosberry an ideal location for family get-togethers and celebrations.

In order for your party to stay in comfort and with suitable dining facilities we recommend that you combine Horseshoe with one or both of the other cottages on site.
