An architect designed barn conversion featuring much exposed wood work to create a unique holiday home, that suits all generations. It is designed with family get-togethers in mind. The versatility of the design lends itself for use by a small family or a larger group. The centre of the cottage is an indoor heated swimming pool. Situated in the courtyard of a sixteenth century farmhouse, Horseshoe cottage is placed in an area of outstanding natural beauty a few miles from the sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude. 

The swimming pool offers total privacy and measures 17' x 12' and has a depth of 4'. The pool can be viewed through a glass screen from the lounges and dining room. 

Horseshoe cottage has full oil fired central heating and a multi fuel stove to make this cottage suitable for all seasons.

The accommodation consists of an upstairs lounge with sea views. A further lounge/dinning room over looks the pool. The kitchen is well appointed next to the down stairs lounge/dinner. The three bedrooms on the ground floor are uniquely shaped, following the lines of the old Linney (Cow Milking Parlour). One has a feature 4 poster bed. Further accommodation on the ground floor includes a standard double room and a twin room. Serving the downstairs bedrooms are two separate bathrooms, both have full suites and separate showers. One has a spa bath. Upstairs, both the twin and double bedrooms have en-suite with shower rooms.
