A cosy country cottage converted from a 1750 barn. Close to surfing beaches and ideally located for country walks and coastal footpath exploration. Private use of own heated indoor swimming pool.
Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The rugged cliffs and cove at Spekes Mill are a 2 mile walk down country lanes. The wide sandy beaches of Bude and Westward Ho! are a half an hour drive away.
The accommodation consists of a lovely lounge, a large, fully equipped kitchen with seating at a farmhouse table. There is access to the swimming pool from the kitchen. Upstairs, the bright double bedroom has triple aspect windows and a romantic bed. There is a further bedroom at the other end of the landing with twin beds and a stereo. The bathroom is spacious with a sky light and full sized bath with electric shower over head.
The most inviting feature of this charming cottage is a private indoor heated pool for your sole use during your holiday. It is 14' x 15' with a depth of 4', so it is safe for children and screens ensure total privacy.
There is courtyard parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. The garden is enclosed and the patio faces south-westerly, which is ideal for catching the last rays of run.
