There are many opportunities for the angler, including sea, game, and coarse fishing. Visitor Centres in Bude and Holsworthy can provide information.

Or Try Clovelly Fishing . "A typical day would start by catching mackeral on feathers, then we anchor up and fish big baits on the bottom. When the tide starts to run fast the anchor is brought in and we drift fish with lures or mackeral strips on flowing traces over the reefs.I guarantee catching fish and my policy is no fish no fee".

Horse Riding........

Horse riding is a popular pastime among people staying here. Recent visitors reckoned their grandchildren had a fabulous time at Gooseham Barton stables in Morwenstow, which is approved by the British Horse Society.

If you wish to travel further afield, Efford Down stables in Bude offers off-road trekking for all the family, with fabulous coastal views.
